What is the recommended projection screen size for all 3 models?

For O1, it is best viewed at 80".

For O1 Pro and U2, it is best viewed 100"

How far should I place the O1 series projector in order to get 100" screen size?

Just place the projector about 9 inches (23cm) away from the wall to achieve 100" screen size. You can place it even further way to get more than 100" screen size. However, the image quality will be compromised. If you want the screen to be smaller than 100" without moving the device, there is a zoom function available.

How should I place my U2 to get 100" projection screen?

Place the U2 9.44'' (23.98cm) away from the projection surface (ALR screen), 11.02'' (27.99cm) away from the wall, 14.57'' (37cm) from the bottom of the screen for the best viewing experience. U2 has a pair of measuring bars to assist you position the projector at an accurate distance.

Can I use JMGO UST projectors during daytime environment?

For O1 & O1 Pro, the brightness output are 800 ANSI Lumens & 1400 ANSI Lumens respectively. You may find that the projection may appear very dim for you when watching during day time. We recommend users to enjoy the full cinematic experience during low light or night time environment.

For U2, the brightness output is 2400 ANSI Lumens which is sufficient to enjoy watching at daytime. To fully enjoy the viewing experience during daytime, you can install an ALR screen to help boost up the lumens to 3600 ANSI lumens with sharper & clearer images.

Any auto-keystone correction function?

Yes for JMGO O1 & O1 Pro. It can auto-adjust the screen positioning. You can adjust the screen position manually with ease as the controls are intuitive & easy to use.

However, U2 does not have this function as it uses a fixed-focus lens, hence no digital adjustment functions. You may easily use the alignment tools pre-installed at the back of the machine to set up.

Are Netflix, Disney+, Youtube & other streaming services available on JMGO?

Yes, you can find these Apps and more streaming services in the built-in App store. We recommend using a TV stick such as an Amazon Fire Stick, Roku Stick, Google TV, or Apple TV to get a better experience. 

Are JMGO projectors quiet during operation?

It's below 28dB. Thanks to the ultra-short throw technology, the noise is barely audible when the projector is placed far away from where you sit.

Does JMGO have Game Mode that offers low latency while gaming

The input lag is around 30ms under Low Latency Mode. This mode can only be activated when an external source such as a game console is connected to the projector.

For U2, go to Settings > Video Settings > Image Mode > Game Mode

Can I install apps in JMGO UST Projectors?

Yes. Put the Apk. file in the foot directory of a USB disk and plug it in. Enter "FILE" at the homepage, find the Apk. file and install the App.
