For Singapore Customer
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Free local delivery is available for orders over S$80 islandwide. For orders under S$80, we charge a flat rate of local delivery fee as per below:
1. For parcels that weight less than 5kg, we charge S$3.5 delivery fee.
2. For parcels that weight between 5kg to 10kg, we charge S$5 delivery fee.
3. For parcels that weight above 10kg, we charge S$ 8 delivery fee.
Deliveries are made from 10am to 10pm on Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
You can skip the shipping fees with free in-store pickup at 629 Aljunied Road #04-17 Cititech Industrial Building S389838. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. Our in-store pickup hours are 9am to 6.30pm on Monday to Friday and 9am to 1.30pm on Saturday (excluding public holidays). Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come. You can print out the order confirmation email or show the email to us using your mobile devices. If you have decided to change to local delivery after you have opt for in-store pickup, do take note that a flat delivery fee will be incurred for orders below S$80.
For Malaysia Customer
Do visit our Shopee Malaysia store page @" ". Our Malaysia colleague will be able to send out the orders through the local delivery service provided by Shopee Malaysia. The parcels will be shipped out from Simpang Renggam, Johor. We will follow the shipping rates of the delivery provider that you selected when you checkout from Shopee Malaysia.
If the product that you wish to purchase is not in our Shopee Malaysia, do fill up this purchase order form. Our customer service will contact you at the earliest opportunity.
For International Customer
Unfortunately we do not ship overseas. You can engage a shipping proxy service to purchase and ship to your shipping address overseas. We will do our best to do international delivery service in the near future.
For most of the products, we accept returns and refund on the following events:
(1) the wrong item(s) was delivered to you
(2) damaged/ defective item(s) was delivered to you; or
(3) you did not receive your item(s)
Please send us back the items packed in the original packaging and we will refund the full order amount within 5 business day. Do take note that the return shipping cost is borne by customer. We do not accepts returns for disposable medical products such as surgical mask etc.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way or you receive the wrong items, please email us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org or whatsapp us at +6592314562 with your order number and photos of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
